The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the town. You can easily walk to all the main attractions and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
Everything was fine, no complaints.

Hotel position is good, right inside the walls of the historic town, rooms facing the internal courtyard are very quiet. The staff is also very good and helpful, they all speak english and/or german. Breakfast buffet and the hotel restaurant are good. Internet wireless connection works well. The building is old but well restaured(but there is no lift).
The bed linen in our room where quite worn out (but clean). Bathroom towels were changed every two days.

Clean room, nice breakfast, great location.
Much of the staff does not speak English well and are difficult to communicate with. This led to a misunderstanding on the payment of the room, which wound up leading to a bit of a mess that took over a week to clear up. On the other hand, Bookings.com was helpful in mediating and helping us clear the matter. Also, be aware that the free WiFi is impossible to use in most places in the building. I guess old 3-foot walls are not very conducive to it.

Located in the heart of the town, we enjoyed being very close to the main square and a few minutes away from the restaurant and the church on the hill. the room was spacious, clean, and had a flat-screen TV with several channels. the bathroom was adequate and had soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer. the breakfast offered a good variety of choices and had a lovely view of the castle. We were also happy to have free internet access in the room and a bar fridge to store our drinks.
The hotel lacked an elevator, which was a bit inconvenient for carrying our luggage to the upper floors.

A nice hotel for a very reasonable price. The city of Levoca is nice and small, but there is not much to do. The big attraction are the surroundings. Levoca is ideally located between the Spis castle, the slowakian paradise and the tatra mountains. The hotel is classically furnitured and gives the feeling of travelling in good old times.

Great central location, free wifi access and tasty breakfast with a good selection of dishes. The hotel also offers secure and easily accessible parking facilities for guests.
Lack of lift and air conditioning. The room was very hot during the summer. The staff could have been more accommodating and helpful with luggage. Some of the furnishings and amenities were outdated, which made the experience less comfortable.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Levoca and had a fantastic experience. the location was perfect - right in the center of town, with all the main attractions just a short walk away. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Lastly, the rooms were beautifully furnished with interesting and antique furniture, giving them a unique and charming atmosphere. Plus, the breakfast provided each morning was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.
One small issue was the lack of internet access.
